In this first series of the year, we will begin from the place of our own fluid body, our inner sea.

By exploring our structure and organic movements, we will focus on moving and breathing with our internal fluids and fluid energy. This will guide us in a process of understanding relationships with space, unearthing pathways of ease, clarity, flow, and lightness.

Between resting, moving, and pausing, let’s meet and land in a continuous sea of presence.
